JoBrent Austin-Diehl is a North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University whose career reflects a seamless blend of strategic leadership, refined aesthetics, and purposeful entrepreneurship. After beginning her professional journey as an environmental lobbyist, she discovered her true calling in medical aesthetics and co-founded Infinity MedSpa & Wellness in 2016. Located in the heart of Charlotte’s SouthPark district, Infinity has become a premier destination for advanced aesthetic and wellness services.
Dr. Lara Aboulhosn is a board certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician and Certified menopause specialist. She has been working in the Charlotte community since 2012.
Tiffany is native to Upstate South Carolina, having grown up in Lancaster, SC, and has worked in the Medical Dermatology and Aesthetics field since 2005.
Katie began her career in the beauty industry as a makeup artist in 2016. After finishing esthetics school in New York in February of 2020
Ashley grew up in Greenville, South Carolina and attended College of Charleston earning a double degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Business Administration.
Morgan brings a heartfelt approach to skincare that blends compassion with results-driven treatments. Originally from the NC Mountains, she is now rooted in the beautiful city of Charlotte.
Hannah is a Patient Relations Specialist with 4 years of experience in aesthetic and aviation industries.Erin grew up in Davidson, North Carolina and graduated from Presbyterian College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art.
Devan grew up in Fort Mill, SC and currently lives there with her husband and 2 children.

She is also a founding member of the Cystic Fibrosis Fashion Breathes Life fundraiser & gala. Additionally, JoBrent consistently gives back through charitable donations and auction contributions from Infinity MedSpa & Wellness to any & every organization that has ever asked!
Outside of her professional pursuits, JoBrent embraces a lifestyle centered on wellness and balance. She enjoys travelling anywhere warm, being on the water, Orangetheory Fitness, spending time with her husband, Bill, and her two beloved “fur babies” Riley and Cali.

Dr. Lara Aboulhosn is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynaecology physician who has proudly served the Charlotte community since 2012. She completed her residency training at Atrium Health in Charlotte and graduated from medical school with honours from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Lara earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she graduated cum laude.
Dr. Lara has a deep passion for truly listening to women and believes every woman deserves to feel her absolute best. She thoughtfully combines her expertise in gynaecology, hormones, and wellness to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Lara has called Charlotte home since 2012. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, learning to play tennis, running, travelling with her girlfriends, and making meaningful memories with her family.

Bayley is a native Charlottean who attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, where she graduated in 2016. After completing her degree, she returned home to Charlotte and has been working alongside Dr. Lara in the OB-GYN field since 2018. She is grateful to continue following Dr. Lara and is truly excited to be a part of the Infinity MedSpa & Wellness team.
As a medical assistant, Bayley plays an integral role in patient care by supporting both clinical and administrative needs throughout the day. She assists with patient intake, rooming, procedures, and ensures each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Bayley is passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and loves building genuine connections with patients. She takes pride in listening to their concerns, answering questions, and helping them feel informed, supported, and at ease during every appointment.
Bayley has a natural ability to connect with patients and finds fulfilment in being part of their healthcare journey. Her compassion, attention to detail, and positive energy help create an experience where patients feel truly cared for and valued.
Outside of work, Bayley enjoys travelling with her husband, Tyler, and their children, Kinsley and newborn son, Charlie. She also loves spending time with their two pups and discovering new places to eat around Charlotte.

Tiffany is a native of Upstate South Carolina, growing up in Lancaster, SC, and has worked in the medical dermatology and aesthetics field since 2005. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance. She later earned her medical education at St. Augustine University, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and Laser Technology.
Tiffany is a Registered Medical Assistant and a certified provider in a wide range of non-invasive body contouring treatments. She is a Master CoolSculpting Provider and Elite Trainer, as well as a nationwide trainer for Allergan Medical Institute for CoolSculpting, educating providers across the country. With over 1,000 body contouring procedures performed, Tiffany holds an exceptional treatment record known for consistently impressive results.
In 2023, Tiffany was recognised by Allergan Aesthetics as the Top CoolSculpting Elite Provider in Charlotte. She has extensively studied body anatomy as it relates to fat reduction versus weight loss and has authored educational materials to help clients better understand the CoolSculpting process and set realistic, achievable expectations.
Tiffany approaches each consultation with a personalised and thoughtful mindset, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and concerns. Rachel is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from George Washington University’s Physician Assistant Program after earning her Bachelor of Science through the Life Sciences Honours Program at North Carolina State University, graduating summa cum laude. With over a decade of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Rachel now focuses on her true passion: aesthetic medicine.
By blending her deep knowledge of science and facial anatomy with a refined artistic eye, Rachel specializes in full-face balancing to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results. She has trained alongside leading aesthetic injection experts from across the country and is continuously expanding her skillset to stay at the forefront of advanced techniques. Rachel looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident, refreshed, and empowered at every stage of life.
Born and raised in Boone, North Carolina, Rachel spent fifteen years living in Washington, DC, before happily returning to the South. Brooks is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University’s Master of Nursing program. She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University, also graduating summa cum laude. As a highly trained advanced injector, Brooks is known for delivering well-balanced, subtle, yet impactful results.
Rather than changing her patients into someone else, Brooks focuses on enhancing and highlighting each individual’s unique facial features. She takes a personalized, collaborative approach. She believes in working closely with every patient to understand their goals before creating a thoughtful, multi-dimensional treatment plan. By combining her expertise in neurotoxins and dermal fillers with her medical background, artistic eye, and experience in lasers and targeted skincare, Brooks delivers results that feel both refined and natural.
Patients often describe her as warm and approachable, and they value her strong emphasis on education-she believes it’s essential for patients to understand the why behind every recommendation. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Brooks has called Charlotte home since 2016, where she lives with her husband and their two cats, Noelle and Maisie-along with, as her husband lovingly notes, “way too many houseplants.” Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys traveling, live music, and all things food, whether she’s cooking an elaborate meal at home or exploring Charlotte’s restaurant scene.

As Infinity MedSpa & Wellness’ Lead Medical Esthetician, Katie oversees the aesthetics department and plays a key role in treatment standards, education, and overall patient experience. She is a laser expert with extensive hands-on experience and is deeply committed to delivering safe, effective, and customized treatments for every patient. Her dedication to continued education ensures she remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Katie enjoys traveling somewhere warm, spending time with her cats, and going to concerts. Her passion for aesthetics, leadership within the practice, and genuine care for patients make her an invaluable part of the Infinity team.

Ashley’s interest in skincare and skin health began in her teenage years and only deepened as she experienced professional facials and treatments herself. After graduating from Aveda in 2021, she began working in cosmetic dermatology, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced, results-driven skincare treatments.
Ashley’s goal is to support her clients in achieving radiant, healthy skin while feeling confident both inside and out. She is deeply committed to educating patients on the importance of at-home skincare in combination with in-office treatments and works closely with each client to create customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. Ashley personally stands behind every treatment she recommends, having experienced them herself, allowing her to confidently guide clients through what to expect and how each treatment can support their goals.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and completed her esthetic studies at the Huntersville Institute of Cosmetic Arts.
Morgan began her career in esthetics and wellness in a clinical setting, working closely alongside dermatologists and physician assistants. This experience helped shape her commitment to effective, evidence-based skincare while maintaining a calming, patient- centered approach. Whether addressing acne, signs of ageing, or sensitive skin concerns, Morgan’s focus is always on helping each patient feel confident, informed, and comfortable in their skin. She strongly believes in the power of education, personalised treatment plans, and consistent care, and strives to make every visit a restorative and reassuring experience.
Outside of the treatment room, Morgan enjoys walking her dogs, spending time with her cats, and being with family and friends. She also loves getting outdoors and soaking in the natural beauty that first inspired her passion for wellness and skincare.

Presley grew up in Santa Clarita, California, and graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. After making her way coast to coast, she relocated to Charlotte in August of 2022, where her passion for skin, beauty, and patient experience naturally led her into the medical aesthetics industry.
As Infinity MedSpa & Wellness’ Business Development and Marketing Manager, Presley truly wears all the hats that help keep Infinity running smoothly. From overseeing marketing strategy, brand development, and patient communications to supporting daily operations, internal systems, and team initiatives, she plays a key role in the growth and success of the practice. Her behind-the-scenes work ensures that both patients and providers experience a seamless, elevated environment at every touchpoint.
Presley is deeply passionate about creating meaningful patient experiences, supporting the Infinity team, and continuously finding ways to improve, innovate, and grow the business. She absolutely loves being part of the Infinity family and takes pride in getting to know the incredible patients who walk through the doors each day.
Outside of Infinity, Presley enjoys spending time with her two cats, Gatsby and Daisy, crocheting, and curling up with a good book, preferably outdoors.

Hannah graduated from the College of Charleston in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduating, she began her career in dermatology and medspa services, where she developed a passion for helping others feel confident and cared for. She later became a flight attendant, further honing her interpersonal skills and love of connecting with people from all walks of life.
After 2 years in aviation, Hannah returned to the aesthetics industry, combining her past experience with her renewed focus on helping patients look and feel their best. She has worked in both clinical and customer-facing roles, giving her a unique ability to balance professionalism with warmth and empathy.
Hannah has a way of making it seem like every patient is her top priority. She explains everything in a way that is approachable and easy to understand, always making people feel comfortable and confident. Hannah currently lives in Charlotte, NC, with her beloved dog. She has a growing interest in skincare and is excited to continue learning as she prepares for the next steps toward attending aesthetician school and pursuing a career in medical aesthetics.
Outside of work, Addison stays busy nannying, volunteering at her church, spending time with her mini goldendoodle, Archie, and travelling with friends and family. She has also worked at a local Charlotte boutique for the past three years, where she developed a strong appreciation for fashion, personal confidence, and customer care.

Dr. Andrea Garcia is dual board certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and head and neck surgery. She is proud to call North Carolina home having grown-up in Concord. After graduating from Davidson College, she obtained her medical degree from Brody School of
Medicine at East Carolina University. Dr. Garcia has extensive training in rhinoplasty, facelift surgery, brow lift surgery, and eyelid surgery. She also has a special interest in scar revision, skin cancer reconstruction of the face, surgery for nasal breathing and facial trauma. Dr. Garcia focuses on providing a natural facial appearance and restoring individual facial harmony.
