Infinity Medspa Policies

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at infinity medspa+wellness. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 HOURS NOTICE for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

We ask that all new and current patient’s provide a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee with amount dependent on the scheduled service:

AESTHETIC APPOINTMENTS:

-Skincare services (1 hour or less apt): $50

Includes: custom facials, hydrafacials, waxing, chemical peels & skin consultations

-laser & medical aesthetic services (1+ hour apt): $100

Includes: coolpeel, picosure focus, ipl photofacial, laser hair reduction, 1540 frax, tattoo removal, skin classic treatment, 3 for me, scar/stretch mark revision, vivace rf microneedling, potenza rf microneedling, skinpen microneedling

-laser & medical aesthetic services (1.5+ hour apt): $250

Includes: multiple laser treatments, multiple medical aesthetic services, plasma pen

INJECTABLE APPOINTMENTS:

-Injectables (15 min apt): $25

Includes: botox follow up, dysport follow up

-injectables (30 min apt): $100

Includes: botox, dysport, injectable consultations & filler follow up

-injectables (1 hour apt): $150

Includes: filler, kybella, sculptra

-injectables (1.5+ hours apt): $250

Includes: prp, botox+filler appointment (scheduled for one appointment)

COOLSCULPTING APPOINTMENTS:

-Coolsculpting (2+ hours apt): $500 deposit

All coolsculpting appointments require a $500 deposit. In the event of a no-show or notification given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, patient’s will lose $500 deposit. That deposit will not be refunded or applied toward future treatment.

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Exceptions include: Medical Emergencies, Contagious Sickness, etc. Please respect our service providers & other patient’s by staying home if you are sick. You will not be penalized for this.
