VI Peel: Pre and Post Care Instructions

How can I prepare for my VI Peel appointment?

  • Stop using retinol products 5-7 days before treatment.
  • Avoid sun exposure at least 1 week prior to treatment.
  • Discontinue usage of scrubs, chemical exfoliants, and exfoliating tools 3 to 5 days prior.

What are my post care instructions? What should I expect post VI Peel treatment?

  • You will feel a warm/sunburn-like sensation for the remainder of the day.
  • Wash your face 4 hours post treatment with a gentle cleanser.
  • Refrain from applying makeup until all peeling and shedding has subsided. You can wear tinted SPF or mineral makeup during healing.
  • Expect peeling 2 to 3 days after treatment for the following 5 to 7 days.
  • DO NOT PICK OR PULL at shedding/peeling skin. This could lead to scarring and hyperpigmentation!
  • Do not exercise or increase your heart rate 24 to 48 hours post treatment.
  • Avoid exposing the treated area to excessive heat – saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga, etc.
  • Avoid all sun exposure until shedding phase has completed.
  • Refrain from deep exfoliation and/or retinol products until shedding phase is completed.
  • Results can be seen 2 weeks after VI Peel Precision + treatment is completed.

Hannah graduated from the College of Charleston in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After graduating, she began her career in dermatology and medspa services, where she developed a passion for helping others feel confident and cared for. She later became a flight attendant, further honing her interpersonal skills and love of connecting with people from all walks of life.

After 2 years in aviation, Hannah returned to the aesthetics industry, combining her past experience with her renewed focus on helping patients look and feel their best. She has worked in both clinical and customer-facing roles, giving her a unique ability to balance professionalism with warmth and empathy.
Hannah has a way of making it seem like every patient is her top priority. She explains everything in a way that is approachable and easy to understand, always making people feel comfortable and confident.

Hannah currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her beloved dog. She loves going to concerts, trying new restaurants and spending time with her pup.

Tiffany Fisher

Tiffany is native to Upstate South Carolina, having grown up in Lancaster, SC, and has worked in the Medical Dermatology and Aesthetics field since 2005. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She earned her Medical Degree at St. Augustine University, with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and Laser Technology.

She is a Registered Medical Assistant and Certified Provider in various non-invasive body contouring treatments as well as a Master CoolSculpter, certified by Allergan Medical Institute. She has performed over 800 body contouring procedures and is an Elite Trainer within CoolSculpting. She holds a treatment record filled with impeccable results.

Tiffany was acknowledged as the Top CoolSculpting Elite provider in Charlotte in 2023 by Allergan Aesthetics. She has studied the anatomy of the body pertaining to body fat versus weight and has authored a short brief in order for her clients to have a better understanding of the CoolSculpting process.

She takes each patient’s consultation as a challenge to personally identify and understand the patient’s goals. During each consultation, she considers all factors and develops a comprehensive treatment plan to produce the intended patient results. Her experience and dedication to body contouring allow her to meet all patients’ goals.

During her free time, Tiffany loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her family!
